• What: The study aims to determine the mediating effects of work values on the roles and qualities of school leaders and teachers` core behavioral competencies. The descriptive and correlational design was employed in the study as it focuses on the current condition wherein events were recorded, described, analyzed, and compared. Respondents of the study are from San Pablo City Division`s elementary schools, which served as the focus of this investigation, concentrating on the Del Remedio District.
