• What: Given that melatonin has low intestinal absorption and is safe even at very high doses (300 mg/kg) , the authors aimed to conduct the current clinical trial to investigate the effects of high dose melatonin (60 mg) administration to CABG patients and its impact on clinical outcomes, as well as on markers of apoptosis and inflammation.
