SUMMARY
Klinefelter`s syndrome (KS) is the most frequent chromosomal pathology of sex chromosomes and represents the main cause of hypogonadism and infertility in men. To disorders of the sexual sphere, this pathology is often related to obesity, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes_mellitus. The adipose_tissue is abundantly present in the bodies of patients with KS, especially as visceral fat, and the role of adipose_tissue as an endocrine organ able to determine the metabolic risk of these patients needs to be clarified. Irisin is a myokine involved in the thermogenesis of adipose_tissue, capable of inducing the conversion . . .
