  • how: Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells transformed with pMFS1-2 and the control plasmid p426GPD were tested for resistance to antibiotics by disc tests and serial dilutions on YCAG growth medium containing yeast extract casamino_acids and glycerol. These results showed that the CHL tolerance of T. benhamiae was conferred by TbeMFS1.
