SUMMARY
MDA was performed for 3.0-10.0 ng of phageome DNA at 45°C for 180 min using an EquiPhi29 (Thermo Fisher Scientific; Stepanauskas et_al, 2017) and an Exo-resistant random primer (Thermo Fisher Scientific; Kiguchi et_al, 2021). A negative correlation between biodiversity and water depth has been observed in multiple previous studies (Varliero et_al, 2019; Wu et_al, 2020; Zhang et_al, 2021).
