- What: The authors aimed to introduce small-scale, pragmatic, and iterative change, and so adopted the PDSA methodology for this project . The authors report a quality improvement project utilizing PDSA methodology to improve the compliance of antibiotic recommendations for open hand injuries with clinical guidelines. This study evaluated changes to learners` behavior, specifically changes to advice given to referrers, and therefore the results of this intervention.
