- what: Purpose Purpose: A systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted to investigate changes in retinal and choroidal microvasculature in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA). The study demonstrated that the SVC and peripapillary vessel densities significantly decreased in both MSNON and MSON group than in the HC group.
