SUMMARY

    Experience significant declines during the first year of law school (Benjamin et_al, 1986; Sheldon and amp; Krieger, 2004). Since the report was released, there have been additional studies and meta-analyses finding that mindfulness training can improve anxiety, depression, and stress (Blanck et_al, 2018; Goldberg et_al, 2019).
