• What: At the same time, this study evaluated the probability of exceeding the upper limit (maximum concentration, 500 ng/ml) of the therapeutic window, which was the safety index. The study focused on the initial dose recommendation; thus, the course of long-term treatment needs to be adjusted based on TDM to evaluate the efficacy and safety of quetiapine.
