HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of this review is to provide an overview of the current state of rational synthesis of block copolymer particles with diverse morphologies using various PISA techniques and mechanisms. The main feature of this review is its focus on the correlation between the chemical composition of growing macromolecules, synthetic mechanisms, and resulting particle morphologies. The model showed reasonable performance in predicting the forming morphologies using the inputs of monomers, polymers, and reaction condition descriptions.
