  • how: Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) results showed that METTL9 binds to SAM SAH and peptide HGHS with a dissociation_constant (KD) of 1.6 3.1 and 4.6 u00b5M respectively . The ITC results indicated that the ability of the SLC39A755-70 peptide to coordinate zinc ions was compromised as the reaction proceeded to reach higher level of methylations . . .
