- what: The aim of this present study was the collection and analysis of year-round data on cetacean seasonal occurrence patterns and variability in ambient sound levels in the shelf waters west of the Outer Hebrides. The primary reason is a lack of data to determine whether the reserve might provide important habitat for these species.
