- what: Given these observations and the findings in the present study, further investigations of cell surface Fcu03f5RI receptor expression and its functions in the context of internalization were conducted, revealing a significant reduction in MC surface Fcu03f5RI in VAMP3 KD cells. The study demonstrates the multifaceted role of VAMP3, which appear to be involved in the heterogeneity of MC secretory responses.
