According to world health organization (WHO), emergence and rapid spread of resistant pathogens have compromised the treatment of common infections. Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections have become a major problem worldwide as it is a common source of blood stream infections with the observed median rate of 12.11% reported by Global Antimicrobial Resistance and Use Surveillance System (GLASS).
