    A pedunculated oscillating mass measuring 22 mm × 13 mm was attached to the atrial side of the anterior leaflet of the mitral valve which triggered a severe mitral regurgitation (Fig 1a and b and Additional file 1: Video S1 and Additional file 2: Video S2). A fixed mass measuring 18 mm × 10 mm was observed attached to the atrial side of the posterior leaflet of the tricuspid valve . . .
