    In the business context, technological advances are increasingly rapid, especially since the pandemic, where a process of digitalisation of the economy affected both workers and customers (Cuesta-Valiño et_al, 2022a; Rangaswamy et_al, 2022; Singh and Shaurya, 2021). The search for well-being has led to the application of concepts such as happiness management to create better workplaces (Cuesta-Valiño et_al, 2022b; Moreno-Ortiz et_al, 2022; Ravina-Ripoll et_al, 2019a; 2022a).
