SUMMARY

    It has always had extreme and long-term effects on people who experience directly or indirectly adverse life events (Subbie-Saenz de Viteri et_al, 2020). Literature also identified that 43% of adults experience at least one adverse life event, such as emotional, physical, and sexual abuse (Neumark-Sztainer et_al, 2020). As a result, 34% of the population face stress, and 18% encounter symptoms of depression such as insomnia, low self-esteem, smoking, and internet use behaviors (Ramón-Arbués et_al, 2020). Psychological reactions resulting from aversive events can be bitterness, conflicting situation, symptoms . . .
