- What: The aim of this study is to identify and assess potential defects and damages in ancient books, thereby making a significant contribution to the preservation, conservation, and promotion of cultural heritage. This work is concerned with the application of non-invasive inspection methods in the detection of defects in cultural heritage, which has gained significant attention in the recent years.
