  • What: The Aims of the Study This paper`s two main aims are to evaluate the importance of nonverbal signals in teaching foreign languages to university students in Vietnam and analyze the role of nonverbal communication in the learning process. This research has demonstrated nonverbal communication`s importance for teachers and students learning English. This study analyzes the impact of an online intercultural exchange program; intercultural competence plays an important role in 21st-century education. The aim of this observation method is to evaluate the use of nonverbal cues in classroom instruction.
