SUMMARY
The anti-tumor efficacy of immunotherapy mainly depends on T_cells` cytotoxic function. T-cell-T-cell interaction (including CD8+ T_cellTh17, CD8+ T_cell-Treg, etc.) plays an important role in the regulation of T_cells` cytotoxic function. The index of cytolytic activity (CYT) is measured as a new biomarker of immunotherapy that could characterize the antitumor immunity of CD8+ cytotoxic T_cells and macrophages. For instance, helper T_cells have the function of assisting humoral immunity and cellular immunity, suppressor T_cells could inhibit cellular immunity and humoral immunity, and cytotoxic T_cells have the function of killing target cells . . .
