    Ocular changes described in patients with PD are impaired visual function (decreased color discrimination and contrast sensitivity, visuospatial deficit), visual hallucinations, altered eyelid movements (reduced spontaneous blink, blepharospasm, apraxia of lid opening), and abnormal eye movements (decreased saccades performance and adaptive modification of saccade amplitudes, deficit of memory-guided saccades, ocular microtremor).
