  • What: In the present contribution, due to limited stability and operation range of the single relaxation time model 43,44, the authors will use a collision operator that was presented in earlier work and validated for medical flows: A modified version of a central Hermite-based multiple relaxation time operator allowing for independent control of the dissipation rate of normal modes. This study provides insights into the hemodynamic characteristics of ruptured and unruptured, patient-specific intracranial aneurysms using high-resolution LBM simulations.
