On plasma fractionation treatment and its implications in cells

    From Fig 3, it appears that for all the seeding densities, A431 cells were more sensitive to plasma treatment than HaCaT_cells. The authors can observe that at high cell density (8000 cells/well), neither single nor fractionated plasma treatments resulted in statistically significant differences in viability (p > 0.05) between A431 and HaCaT_cells. As the cell density was reduced to 3500 and 1000 cells/well, the difference between cell viabilities of A431 and HaCaT_cells became more prominent. At 3500 cells/well, the viability of A431 cells was significantly lower after 2 × 30 s and . . .
