On recovering non-local perturbation of non-self-adjoint sturm – liouville operator

• What: While the previous works were focused only on the case here the authors investigate the more difficult non-self-adjoint case which requires consideration of eigenvalues multiplicities. The authors develop an approach based on the relation between the characteristic function and the coefficients of the potential a certain basis. The authors develop an approach to the general situation of arbitrary 𝑝 ∈ 𝐿2 (0, 𝜋), relying on some ideas of_[22].
