- how: This paper describes how the National Tuberculosis Leprosy Program (NTLP) developed from a poorly performing TB control program in 2002 into a well performing program in 2011. Showed that the MDR-TB Number of notified cases MDR XDR PDR MDR-TB treatment success improved since 2007-2009 from 28% to 41% and 47% which is still far short of the target of 75%.
