- What: This research is focused on the optimization of electrospray deposition parameters (emitter`s voltage, substrate temperature, and precursor feed rate) to achieve the highest sensitivity of the resulted structures toward ammonia and to compare their sensing abilities. Without claiming to be exhaustive on the subject, the authors aimed at highlighting some aspects of electrospray deposition techniques in relation to its use in gas sensing devices relying on the acoustic principle of analyte signal conversion.
