    To the traditional physical and chemical methods, isothermal titration calorimetry, surface plasmon resonance, microscale thermophoresis (MST), and biolayer interferometry have been recently developed to investigate the interaction between aptamers and small_molecule ligands, as well as to measure the main kinetic or thermodynamic parameters.
