SUMMARY
If the society has already entered the vaccination phase when the vaccine is distributed, then the target population includes unvaccinated and vaccinated individuals who have not completed the whole vaccination process. With the aim to ensure the fairness and efficiency of vaccination, this paper studies the allocation of vaccines considering characteristics of the vaccinated population, attitude toward the vaccine, priority groups for vaccination, and vaccination priority policy simultaneously. The authors propose a mixed-integer linear programming model of vaccine distribution considering vaccinated populations to maximize vaccination coverage by combining actual vaccine supply with vaccination . . .
