    Characteristics of the personal job design such as the degree of work discretion, reward systems, and work environment, in terms of the climate for innovation and the formality of the innovation process, have also been associated with bootlegging (Criscuolo et_al, 2014; Globocnik and amp; Salomo, 2015; Hornsby et_al, 1999; Kuratko et_al, 2005; Masoudnia and amp; Szwejczewski, 2012).
