SUMMARY
The aim of this study was to examined the effect of yeast and NPK in bioethanol fermentation from pericarp of abacaxi pineapple. During bioethanol fermentation, free sugar can be converted directly into ethanol by the fermentation process with microorganism (Zabed et_al, 2014; Jalil and amp; Hossain 2015) such as yeast (Zentou et_al, 2021).
