- what: The aim of this contribution is to present a comprehensive approach to study the extent of entry into a hot-dip-galvanized DP1000 steel which is exposed to corrosive conditions. The present contribution shows the inevitable need of combining different methods for the investigation of hydrogen embrittlement related material degradation and for obtaining deeper insights into hydrogen-material interactions.
