HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of this study was to explore how CCLSs make meaning from their relationships with their supervisors, how they perceive their supervisors ameliorating or exacerbating their workplace stress and burnout, and how they have articulated their workplace concerns to their supervisors. Interviewers explained to participants that for the purpose of this study, the term "supervisor" encompassed child life managers, preceptors, and directors. One participant said, " the authors focus mostly on stuff at work ."
