SUMMARY
Cheng et_al cryopreserved the ovarian tissue of a 26-year-old breast cancer woman before cancer therapy to preserve fertility. Although thinner tissue is favorable for cryopreservation, thinner tissue can accelerate the activation and depletion of the follicle pool, thereby reducing the functional span of the transplanted tissue. For young women or PCOS patients, the suitable tissue area is 3 × 3 mm, 5 × 5 . . .
