• What: The aim of the research study is to examine whether a 20% workload increase triggered by COVID-19 is associated with increased discrimination in 2 the delivery of public services. Taking Context Seriously This study has contributed a theoretical reconsideration and a thorough empirical test of the impact of workload on bureaucratic discrimination in the context of COVID-19.
