- what: The aim of this study was to construct a recombinant Y. lipolytica strain that could efficiently secrete proTGase from Streptomyces hygroscopicus WSH03-13. In the present study, cells carrying pINA1297/proTGase showed smeared high molecular weight bands (48-120 kDa) (Fig 2a), which were transformed into a single pro-TGase band by Endo H treatment (Fig 3).
