    Although cure rates are improving, 20-25% of children still die from the disease or complications. Pediatric palliative care specialists want to be involved sooner in the disease trajectory to be able to focus on quality of life more and earlier during (curative) treatment. Parents and children on the other hand often state that they want to be informed more and sooner about this possibility . . .
