    Urbanisation presents specific challenges to planning and provision of mental health services. A study of people with psychotic disorders in four major urban areas in Australia showed high levels of social isolation, unemployment and Mental health care provision in urban areas poverty, with those living in marginal accommodation unable to access community based services.
