• What: The authors propose another possible configuration, which is directly inspired by traditional optical experiments using rotating mirrors, and that more recently was recreated in a gravitational context. In this approach, the electromagnetic vacuum response is determined by the polarization and magnetization vectors, P and M, which are given by the two symmetric expressions P=-2ζ (4 F E - 7c G B), M=-2ζc2 (4 F B + 7c G E/c).
