• What: The study recommended among others that to enhance job productivity among academics and researchers institutions should focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment considering the well-being of academic staff alongside research productivity. Employees who receive successful performance reviews are better equipped to contribute positively and wholeheartedly to the direction of an organization as a whole as well as to the accomplishment of its goals and objectives.
