• what: Against this background, the aim of this study was to investigate the impact of increasing neointimal inhomogeneity and neoatherosclerosis, as well as of treatment modality (DCB vs. DES) on the occurrence of PMI. An important finding of this study was the absence of significant differences in PMI occurrence following treatment of ISR with DCB as compared with treatment with DES.
