Photo-physical mechanism of near-ir femtosecond laser-induced refractive-index change in pmma

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: In this study, single-shot NIR (1030 nm) fs-laser bulk photomodification of un-doped PMMA, resulting in its permanent densification, structural and the related positive refractive index changes, was characterized by digital holographic microscopy (DHM), as well as optical, PL and Raman confocal micro- spectroscopy to identify the modification regimes and changing material characteristics.
  • Who: Videll and Chris from the Technical University, Moscow, Russia have published the Article: Multi-beam femtosecond laser printing of symmetric and asymmetric nanoplasmonic patterns with broadband tunable diffractive op, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
  • Future: The dependence . . .
