SUMMARY

    In general, physical activity can be divided into structured or unstructured exercise programs and non-exercise physical activity such as standing, walking, performing house chores and occupationalrelated activities. Based on the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), these types of physical activity can be categorized into work, active_transportation, domestic and yard work, and leisure time domains. The positive outcomes from physical activity are not only limited to the standard recommendation of 150 min per week of moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA). The Global Action Plan on Physical Activity 2018-2030 calls for overall improvement . . .
