    Physical exercise is a non-pharmacological strategy for various disease conditions, as well as for maintaining general health. To improving cognitive and memory processes by regulating the expression of growth factors and neurotrophins, physical exercise also has a psychosomatic effect by promoting the release of endorphins, a particular group of chemicals produced by the brain that have a powerful analgesic effect.
