- What: The aim of the analysis of Frydenlund is to examine the types of plants consumed, the role of the grinding stones in terms of plant food preparation as well as to study in detail any clues provided about the processing of cereal food products. This paper focuses on macroremains from the FB phase; results of the other phases are included in a supplementary file to present all macroremains data from this site together but will not be discussed further here, while the charcoal analysis will be presented in a forthcoming paper.
