- What: The study aimed to identify demographic factors health behaviors and 5 metabolic statuses related to the transition from metabolically healthy obesity to unhealthy obesity among people aged 20-44 years and to develop a screening tool to predict this transition. In this study, healthy behaviors (smoking, alcohol consumption, and regular exercise), which are representative factors influencing MetS and obesity, were examined.
