Predictive modeling of colorectal cancer using exhaustive analysis of microbiome information layers available from public metagenomic data

  • What: The aim of this study was to compare the microbiome of patients with colorectal cancer and colorectal adenomas with that of generally healthy participants from different studies. In the study different groups of taxa, from phylum to genera, were identified important for distinguishing between different conditions (health, CRC or CRA).
