Pregnancy resulting from sexual violence committed by the intimate partner: characterization of the crime and abortion provided for by law

• What: The aim of this study is to analyze factors associated with pregnancy resulting from sexual violence practiced by the intimate partner and its outcomes. The gestational age ≥ 23 weeks, which is the technical limit for abortion established by the Ministry of Health, was the main reason identified in 73 cases (39.4%) of unknown aggressors and in five cases (41.0%) of intimate partners (p=0.879). *Person`s chi-square.
