  • What: This study examined a subculture of IQNs presenting their responses on how the CAP assisted them with their transition into practice as RNs in Aotearoa New Zealand. Focused ethnography can include observing the researched people, environment, or situation, however, in this study, the research aims and questions around participants` perceptions of a past event, the CAP, prohibited options to observe participants in the field.
