SUMMARY
Gnas E1+/-m mice display a significantly elevated ratio of mineralizing surface to bone surface (MS/BS) when compared to WT mice; there were no statistically significant differences in MS/BS between Gnas E1+/-m and Gnas E1+/-p mice (Fig 8D).
