Printed gaas microstructures‐based flexible high‐performance broadband photodetectors

The authors show that the PDs using doped GaAs microstructures can function at ultralow voltage. For this study, bending and twisting mechanical loadings were applied using Yuasa endurance testing system (Movie S1, Supporting Information) and subsequently, the electro-optical measurements were made.
